- Shipping Coverage: We deliver across India. For international shipping, please contact us for assistance.
- Shipping Partners: Orders are shipped via FedEx, Delhivery, or Bluedart.
- Order Tracking: Shipment tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Delays: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, flight/transportation issues, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
As each fabric is custom printed or dyed based on your order and cut to your required length, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
However, if you receive an incorrect fabric, you are eligible for an exchange. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed conditions and procedures.
